SUNDAY SERVICES

ANNIVERSARY SERVICE // APRIL 28
Join us as we celebrate 42 years of God’s blessings! The evening service begins at 6:00 pm with dinner to follow. 
 
EASTER OFFERING 
This year’s Easter offering is going toward our local ministry partner Sports Outreach. Their goal is to recruit and train Christian leaders in the effective use of sports ministry in sharing the gospel and making disciples globally and locally. This year’s offering will help support and fund their local outreaches. In addition, they are also in need of volunteers, regardless of athletic ability! If you are interested in getting involved, contact Kendall Alvey at kalvey@sportsoutreach.net.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER SERVICE // MAY 2
Join us for a National Day of Prayer Service Thursday, May 2, from noon to 1:00 pm in the Sr. High Room. Contact Pastor Keith at kmanuel@hbclynchburg.com with questions.
 
RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE // MAY 21
On Tuesday, May 21, the Red Cross will be in the Gym from 3:00-7:00 pm to receive donations. If you would like to give blood, you can schedule an appointment ahead of time by going to redcrossblood.org/give and searching area blood drives by zip code and date. Walk-ins are also welcome!
 
SPRING LIFE TRAINING ELECTIVES
Electives began Wednesday, January 23, at 7:00 pm and run through April 24. Visit hbclynchburg.com/lte for more information.
 
MEMBERSHIP CLASS
If you would like to learn more about our church or are considering membership, join us for New Connections, our membership class. This six-week class taught by Pastor Nathan will introduce you to Heritage’s core beliefs. Our last session of the semester is full! If you have lost a loved one, you don’t have to walk through grief alone. Join us for GriefShare on Saturdays through May 4 at 10:00 am in the church library. For more information, email lberb@hbclynchburg.com.
 
CELEBRATE RECOVERY // TUESDAYS
Join us every Tuesday at 7:00 pm in the chapel for Celebrate Recovery and learn about how God can help you overcome your hurts, habits, and hang-ups. We begin the evening with a time of worship and either a lesson or testimony, followed by small groups and a time of fellowship. MARRIAGE MENTORING AVAILABLE
Do you feel like your marriage might benefit from being mentored by godly married couple? We invite you to join our marriage mentoring program by Matt and Pam Loehr, based on the book Love and Respect by Dr. Eggerich. Marriage mentoring is a powerful method of equipping couples with the resources they need to strengthen their marriages. CAREGIVERS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY
Do you have a heart for special needs children and their families? We are currently building a team of compassionate caregivers who can help provide additional support to children who attend our children’s ministry classes. GRACEFULL FITNESS // MONDAYS AND SATURDAYS
Gracefull Fitness is a free Refit-themed workout for ladies that meets on Mondays, 6:00 -7:30 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00-10:30 am, in the Awana room. Each workout is followed by a devotional. Please invite your friends to come with you to this fun, high-energy workout. Email outreach@hbclynchburg.com if you have any questions. Cracefull Fitness will meet next on January 7, 2019. 
 
GIVE ONE GET ONE // SUNDAYS
Each Sunday Give One Get One provides you with an opportunity to reach out to friends, neighbors, and co-workers! Panera Bread freely supplies us with their breads and pastries for us to give away to others. The holidays are great times to share the love of Christ! Stop by the window of the Oasis kitchen after services on Sunday mornings to pick up some goodies to share and enjoy.
 
FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
The food pantry is in need of all nonperishable items, but especially canned vegetables, fruits, and soups. Donations can be dropped off in the baskets provided at most entrances.

TECH TEAM SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
