CHECKPOINT & COMMON GROUND // FEBRUARY 24
Join us February 24 at 6:00 pm; coffee will be served at 5:15 pm. Men will meet in Korea (M114) to hear “A Story of Grace: A Local Church and a Fractured Family.” Women will meet in the Sr. High Room (M150) to enjoy a night of worship through song, Scripture, and prayer reflecting on the attributes of God.
 
SPRING LIFE TRAINING ELECTIVES

MEMBERSHIP CLASS // MARCH 20
If you would like to learn more about our church or are considering membership, join us for New Connections, our membership class. This six-week class taught by Pastor Nathan will introduce you to Heritage’s core beliefs. The next session with openings begins March 20 at 7:00 pm in Libya (M238). GRIEFSHARE // SATURDAYS
If you have lost a loved one, you don’t have to walk through grief alone. Join us for GriefShare on Saturdays at 10:00 am in the church library. For more information, email lberb@hbclynchburg.com.
 
DIVORCE CARE FACILITATOR NEEDED
We are looking for a married couple with a passion for mentoring others who are recovering from divorce or separation. DivorceCare provides the training, materials, and structure for a successful ministry. The group meets once a week for 13 weeks. MARRIAGE MENTORING AVAILABLE
If you feel like your marriage might benefit from being mentored by another godly married couple, then we invite you to join our marriage mentoring program by Matt and Pam Loehr, based on the Love and Respect series by Dr. Eggerich. Marriage mentoring is a powerful method of equipping couples with the resources they need to strengthen their marriages. HBC MISSION POSSIBLE: ROMANIA NATION 5K COLOR RUN AND FAMILY FUN RUN // MARCH 30
Come support our teens going on mission trips to Romania this year by participating in HBC’s Mission Possible: Romania Nation 5K Color Run and Family Fun Run (1 mile). The 5K will be held at HBC on Saturday, March 30, at 9:00 am with the Fun Run starting at 10:00 am. The current cost is $25 for the 5K and $15 for the Fun Run. CAREGIVERS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY
Do you have a heart for special needs children and their families? We are currently building a team of compassionate caregivers who can help provide additional support to children who attend our children’s ministry classes. JOIN THE PRESCHOOL TEAM

SPRING WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY // FEBRUARY 5
Join us starting February 5 from 9:30-11:30 am in Korea (M114) as we journey through an In-and-Out Precept Study on Covenant, facilitated by Suzanne Hanglund. Books are sold in class for $19. SHORT-TERM MISSIONS TRIP OPPORTUNITIES 
Join one of the five HBC short-term missions trips as HBC serves with various ministry partners around the globe! For 2019 trips, the application deadline is February 19. While funds remain, there are 50% and 25% scholarships available for members who are first-and-second-time participants. Apply today!

GRACEFULL FITNESS // MONDAYS AND SATURDAYS
Gracefull Fitness is a free Refit-themed workout for ladies that meets on Mondays, 6:00 -7:30 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00-10:30 am, in the Awana room. Each workout is followed by a devotional. Please invite your friends to come with you to this fun, high-energy workout. Email outreach@hbclynchburg.com if you have any questions. Cracefull Fitness will meet next on January 7, 2019. 
 
GIVE ONE GET ONE // SUNDAYS
Each Sunday Give One Get One provides you with an opportunity to reach out to friends, neighbors, and co-workers! Panera Bread freely supplies us with their breads and pastries for us to give away to others. The holidays are great times to share the love of Christ! Stop by the window of the Oasis kitchen after services on Sunday mornings to pick up some goodies to share and enjoy.
 
FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
The food pantry is in need of all nonperishable items, but especially canned vegetables, fruits, and soups. Donations can be dropped off in the baskets provided at most entrances.

TECH TEAM SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
