Children’s Ministries

Most people who confess to know Christ as their Savior made that first step of faith as a child. Therefore, we believe that children are a critical part of the church. Our purpose is to partner with parents to raise kids who know, show, and grow in Jesus.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the children at Heritage. All volunteers undergo background checks, and we monitor rooms and hallways throughout the church.  If you have questions about our children’s ministry please email us at

Planning a Visit?

We want to make your first experience at Heritage a good one. That’s why we created a way for you to prepare for your child’s first visit to our children’s ministry. Rather than wait for us to get your family information on the day of your visit you can submit your information here and our children’s ministry staff will prepare our secure, check-in system for your arrival.
When you arrive – go to the Children’s Welcome Center, give them your child’s name, and get your badge. It’s that easy.

Nursery (birth-23 months)

Our nursery is a place where children from birth to 23 months come to enjoy the loving care of our wonderful volunteers. We desire to encourage parents by nurturing their children. The nursery uses a digital check-in system to help provide security for your child and convenience for you.

Preschool (2-Kindergarten)

We provide a variety of activities to our preschool children in order to begin building foundations for faith. During this special time of development, we engage the children with interactive Bible lessons, playtime, snacks, and even a special time of worship. The preschool uses a digital check-in system to help provide security for your child and convenience for you.

Elementary (1-6 grade)

The elementary years are when many children make a profession of faith. Our desire is to stir their love of Christ through a greater understanding of Jesus and the Bible. This occurs through Sunday School classes during our 9:30 service, as well as through our kid’s worship time, called Blast Zone, at 11:00.
